Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, personalized items, intimate apparel (due to hygiene reasons), gift cards, final sale items. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Visit our contact page on our website.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Follow the instructions provided to complete the return request.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customer Responsibility for Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. This includes the cost of shipping the item back to our facility.
- Return Shipping Options: We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. Got It All is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
- Return Shipping Label (Optional): We may offer the option to purchase a prepaid return shipping label. If this option is available, it will be presented during the return initiation process. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
4. Inspection and Processing of Returns:
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item(s) back to you at your expense.
5. Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
6. Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund (subject to applicable shipping costs as outlined above) and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately, but no later than 2 days of receiving the order. Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges (both original and return).
8. Final Sale Items:
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
9. Canadian Consumer Rights:
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act of Ontario.
